Squeeze and Fill
To fill the dropper, simply squeeze the top and then let go. Repeat until dropper is full to your desired level.
Drop it!
Open wide and aim the dropper tip under your tongue. Squeeze the dropper and the liquid will drip out. It couldn’t be easier. You can even add the drops to a glass of juice or water.
Repeat
Depending on your daily dose, and the potency level of your tincture, you’ll need to repeat this process once or more per day.
